Production times and shipping

Production & Shipping Times:

Production time and shipping vary depending on item(s) purchased. Detailed information will be provided in each specific product description.

All our made to order products (apparel & notebooks) require 3-7 business days for production. Once ready, they are shipped from the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. They usually arrive within 5-7 business days of shipping within the US and within 10-14 business days of shipping within Australia. Any products that are made in Australia are shipped domestically via Australia Post. 

Our ethical vegan products are made in China in a sweatshop-free environment. Please allow up to 4 weeks production & shipping time. 

Unfortunately, we cannot speed up the production and shipping process, so please be aware of this when ordering! Part of our ability to bring these personally designed and curated products directly to you, by avoiding the warehouse, is the fact that production and shipping just takes a little longer. 

 

Taxes and Duties:

Items are shipped either from the USA, from our factory in China, or in some instances domestically within Australia. Please see each product description for more information. Customers are responsible for any additional fees, taxes or customs declarations. 

 

Shipping Locations:

At this time, MNFNE - the store is available only for customers in the United States and Australia. Apologies for any inconvenience. 

 

Changes to Order:

Please note that changes to address cannot be made once an item has been ordered. 

 

Purchases and Orders:

All sales made are considered final. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their order is correct to their satisfaction prior to the placement of your purchase. 

 

Multiple Orders:

Since we source our products from different suppliers, you will most likely be receiving separate packages for each product. So not to worry, your items are on their way!

 

Problems with your order:

We will naturally provide replacements on the rare occasions that an item has arrived damaged or has a defect.  We will not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. 

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging and proof of your purchase are required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, or we cannot issue an exchange. Please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your item with a photo of your damaged or defective item. We will then advise if item will be immediately replaced or if it needs to be returned to the manufacturer. If it needs to be returned to the manufacturer, we shall advise shipping address and customer is responsible for shipping charges. 

If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or alternative original method of payment. Please be patient as this process may take up to 7 days and is dependent on our payment processor and your credit card company.

Please do not file a dispute with Paypal as the internal investigation will delay the refund by at least 21 days for Paypal to review.
